Spring at Oklahoma State University always brings a fresh kind of energy, and this Beach Bash at the Delta Tau Delta house captured it perfectly. Hosted in the parking lot on a warm April day in Stillwater, Oklahoma, the sun was shining bright, creating the ideal setting for a beach inspired celebration. Sponsored by Benchmark Food Group, the event brought together OKState students for an afternoon filled with sunshine, vibrant details, and a laid back coastal vibe.
OSU students were welcomed with Hawaiian leis and a spread of tropical inspired food, featuring bright flavors like pineapple and key lime pie alongside plenty of fresh fruit woven throughout the tables and even into the props. The atmosphere felt effortless and fun, with students moving between music, conversation, and soaking in the spring weather. While the direct sunlight added a bit of a challenge for the Photo Booth setup, it also created a naturally lively backdrop that matched the theme of the day.
Our Photo Booth experience was anchored by a white and gold sequin backdrop that reflected the sunlight beautifully, adding a soft shimmer to every image. As guests stepped in with their leis, fruit props, and beachy energy, each photo captured the carefree spirit of the event. Every attendee walked away with a 4×6 print in hand, turning moments from the afternoon into instant keepsakes.
